Adair Leadership: As the Director of Learning and Development, Anne Kristine has managed the design and development of an ambitious Adair leadership development programme consisting of 80 modules (240 hours in-person sessions) and bespoke leadership programmes for UK-based and international clients.
Save the Children: Anne Kristine Arbon led a global transformation of training projects, overseeing diverse teams and stakeholders to drive organizational change. Her innovative approach to localising learning initiatives resulted in significant impact, enhancing the capabilities of local organisations in Yemen and South Sudan. She was the key architect of global leadership development programmes, management development programmes, organisational development initiatives and led and facilitated 100s of workshops across the globe.
Developed and implemented a strategic leadership development program for a national faith-based organisation, resulting in improved team performance and alignment with organisational goals.
Designed and delivered training materials on child rights and child participation for health professionals at the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, enhancing awareness and understanding of critical issues.
Formulated a global e-learning strategy and created an e-module for HIV/AIDS Alliance, enabling widespread dissemination of essential knowledge and resources.
