About Anne Kristine Arbon

I am a learning and leadership development specialist with extensive experience supporting organisations to develop people, strengthen leadership capability and build sustainable learning cultures.

My work spans international NGOs, humanitarian organisations, corporate environments and leadership consultancies. Over the years I have led and contributed to global initiatives focused on leadership development, localisation, organisational learning and capability building.

I combine strategic thinking with a deeply reflective approach to leadership and coaching. My work draws on traditions including phenomenology, systemic coaching and Nancy Kline’s Thinking Environment, creating space for thoughtful reflection, dialogue and practical action.

I believe leadership is not simply about position or authority, but about awareness, responsibility and the ability to create conditions where people and organisations can thrive.

Navigating professional and personal life
